We’re going to ask you some questions about your sleep. The survey should take around 10-12 minutes and will help us determine whether Modius Sleep will be the right solution for you.
We will process payment for your Modius Sleep headset, and also collect a $30 non-refundable prescription assessment fee.
We will now transfer you with Beluga Health – an independent online healthcare company – where you will be connected with a physician who will review your case.
Once a prescription is issued, our fulfilment team will be notified and your Modius Sleep should arrive with you within 5-7 working days.
