Position Overview:

Neurovalens is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and digital marketing efforts. This role will involve managing all social media platforms, overseeing brand and patient ambassador programs, and coordinating social media campaigns that resonate with our target audiences. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate an ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Strategy & Management:
    • Manage and execute social media strategies across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), TikTok and YouTube.
    • Develop content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules aligned with marketing goals.
    • Monitor trends and emerging platforms to keep Neurovalens at the forefront of social media innovation.
  2. Brand & Patient Ambassador Programs:
    • Oversee the recruitment, engagement, and development of brand and patient ambassadors to amplify Neurovalens’ mission and products.
    • Manage relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and key stakeholders to maximize brand exposure and engagement.
    • Track ambassador performance and provide regular updates and feedback to improve campaign outcomes.
  3. Social Media Campaigns:
    • Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns that align with product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and clinical teams to produce compelling content that reflects our brand voice and values.
    • Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
  4. Community Engagement:
    • Foster and maintain a positive, engaging relationship with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
    • Cultivate conversations that reflect our brand values and build loyalty among our audience.
    • Monitor and report on social media sentiment and feedback to inform broader marketing strategies.
  5. Content Creation & Curation:
    • Collaborate with the creative team to generate high-quality, visually appealing content that drives engagement.
    • Curate user-generated content and success stories to strengthen our community-driven approach.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to incorporate new content ideas into social media strategies.
  6. Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media efforts.
    • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to the broader marketing team.
    • Continuously test and refine strategies to increase engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
  • Demonstrated experience with influencer and ambassador management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing needs.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and design software is a plus.
  • Passionate about health, wellness, and technology.
