Our Type 2 Diabetes Clinical Trial Has Successfully Concluded!

The study tested the safety and effectiveness of a non-drug, non-invasive neurostimulation wearable device designed to help adults with Type 2 Diabetes improve their blood sugar control.

About the Trial

182 participants, from 16 different research sites in the US and Ireland, completed the trial. Participants were asked to use the device for one hour per day for at least 5 days per week, for 6 months. The primary goal was to evaluate the effectiveness of our non-invasive neurostimulation device in improving blood sugar levels. Secondary goals assessed improvements in other health outcomes and quality of life.

The Device

The neurostimulation device used in the trial is designed to deliver gentle electrical impulses to the vestibular nerve, which is connected to key brain regions responsible for regulating glycemic control. Our mission is to Make Lives Better, and with this new technology we hope to offer improved quality of life for people with chronic conditions like Type 2 Diabetes.
