Neurovalens CEO Appointed Visiting Scholar at UC San Diego

Neurovalens CEO, Dr. Jason McKeown has been appointed as a Visiting Scholar at the prestigious University of California, San Diego (UCSD), joining the Department of Psychiatry. This appointment marks a journey that began nearly a decade ago when Jason first collaborated with UCSD.

Back in 2015, Jason was invited to the UCSD lab known as the Center for Brain and Cognition, recognised for its pioneering work in understanding the complexities of the human brain. It was within these walls that Jason laid the groundwork for the technology that serves as the cornerstone of Neurovalens' medical devices today.

Fast forward nine years and Neurovalens has achieved two FDA approvals (via 510k) for its revolutionary medical devices: Modius Sleep and Modius Stress. These approvals signal a significant breakthrough in the healthcare space as non-invasive and drug-free treatment solutions for Chronic Insomnia and Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

As we celebrate this latest appointment with Jason, we remain focused on our mission to Make Life Better. Our vision is to become the global leader in non-invasive neurostimulation. We believe this is the key to tackling some of the world's greatest health challenges.
