We're Hiring: Logistics Associate

Neurovalens is looking for an enthusiastic Logistics Associate to join our passionate and hard working team.

In this role you will provide key support for our team, customers and potential customers, ensuring we establish good channels of communication and accurate records at all times,

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate the shipping of products from manufacturer to end customer
  • Manage manufacturer and shipper for order fulfilment including:
    • Stock
    • Shipping materials
    • Prepares shipments
    • Arranging shipments
  • Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle
    • Ensure compliance Import / Customs Regulations e.g. Dangerous Goods
  • Track and Analyse errors in shipments and implement process to ensure no re-occurrencesEnsure logs and records of stock and fulfilled orders are accurately maintained
    • Monitor the quality of outgoing products
    • Manage returns and faulty goods
    • Manage the coordination of returns and replacements for customers
    • Communicate with customers in line with company brand and message in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Assist and advise customers and potential customers via email, social media, website chat and various sales channels
  • Provide technical support for customers and liaise with technical department as required
  • Support and encourage customers to enable retention
  • Record feedback
  • Work with Customer Care Manager to generate ideas in the development of departments processes and systems
  • Attend on-going training to ensure knowledge and understanding of products
  • Carry out maintenance and testing and repair of products
  • Assembly & Box Build of electronic / medical devices
  • Being involved in any other duties which might be deemed necessary for the successful completion of the job role

It is a requirement that the post holder be willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of the job.

This role will be based in our Belfast office.

Required criteria

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to prioritise
  • Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent organisation skills and proven ability to work to demanding deadlines
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft products- Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
  • Customer service experience

Desired criteria

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Flexible approach to working hours.
  • Previous health and safety training.

A qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing or other relevant area would be advantageous.
